I love a lightweight foundation or CC Cream with buildable coverage that won’t settle into fine lines. I always look for products that are “glowy” or “dewy.” These are my two absolute favorite glowy foundations. I use the It Cosmetics CC Cream during the day because it has SPF50, and the Lancome one at night for its long-wearing Properties. It provides a natural finish and helps even skin tone without feeling heavy.
3. Cream Eye Shadow in a Fall Color
I have loved cream eye shadows for a long time now. They are the most forgiving, flattering, and easy to use on mature eyelids. In the fall, I typically switch from my standard champagne shade to a deeper hue, such as a copper or bronze brown, perfect for my blue eyes. Green or brown eyes look great with burgundy and forest green shadows to make the eyes pop. This budget-friendly cream shadow stick is amazing, and this cream shadow pot has been a long-time favorite.
4. A Fabulous Cream Blush
A great cream blush offers a dewy finish and blends seamlessly into the skin, providing a youthful flush of color without emphasizing texture. Shades in warm tones, such as soft peaches or rosy pinks, can enhance your complexion beautifully. I love this one because it is so easy to use and flattering. It blends easily and gives the skin a nice, warm glow.
5. A Plumping Gloss in a Fall Shade
This is truly the easiest and most cost-effective way to update your makeup wardrobe for fall. If you do only one thing, get a lip gloss in a fall shade. I prefer glosses and oils on mature lips, and my two favorites for fall are this plumping gloss in the color Sparkling Cider and this lip oil in the shade Grow.
