The Campaign for a Family Friendly Economy PAC and Priorities USA Action announced a new digital ad praising Harris’ calls to provide affordable child care and paid family leave.
The $75,000 effort targets Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and a spokesperson said the effort in Wisconsin is targeting more than 600,000 voters on YouTube.
The Wisconsin spot opens with Harris saying she believes in a “future where every person has access to paid family leave and affordable child care.” It then features a woman identified as Chelsea, of Argyle, Wisconsin, who says she pays more for child care than for housing.
“Kamala Harris believes every family deserves access to affordable, high quality child care so parents can provide for their family and contribute to growing America’s economy,” she says.
