Restoration PAC ad charges Baldwin’s policies have ‘deadly consequences’
The conservative Restoration PAC has launched a new TV ad targeting U.S. Sen. Tammy Baldwin, D-Madison, on the border, saying her policies have “deadly consequences.”
It’s part of a previously announced $3 million buy that began in late April and runs through the November election.
The spot focuses on Steve Nasholm, a 35-year-old Clayton man who died in January when the semi he was driving collided with an SUV driven by 21-year-old Jorge Sanchez-Tzanahua, who was not in the country legally.
The narrator in the ad says Nasholm’s three daughters don’t have a father anymore to protect them or walk them down the aisle, adding: “Tragedies like this happen because liberals like Tammy Baldwin kept our borders wide open.”
The narrator closes the spot, “Tammy Baldwin’s policies have deadly consequences. She has to go.”
