Rebecca Cooke launched her first TV ad in a bid for the 3rd CD, arguing the country needs “real working people in Washington.”
Cooke’s campaign said her spot was a “significant” six-figure buy that will air on TV and digital platforms this week.
In her 30-second ad, Cooke says big corporations put family farms like hers out of business.
“And what has Derrick Van Orden done? Nothing,” she says.
She then knocks the freshman GOP congressman for “tax cuts for big ag,” rising health care costs, undermining democracy and extremism.
“We need real working people in Washington,” she says to close the spot.
