Asus unveils the VivoWatch 6 Plus with ECG and blood pressure monitoring

Today at Computex Asus unveiled a new smartwatch. It’s called VivoWatch 6 Plus, and unfortunately the company didn’t publish a whole lot of information about it so far.
The device has a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen, sapphire crystal glass on top, and its case is made from titanium. The watch supports blood pressure measurement and ECG, as well as sleep breathing movement and gait analysis, “offering deeper insights into the risk of chronic disease and long-term health trends”, the sparse official press release says.

These features “combined with real-time health feedback transform the device into a personalized wellness coach, supporting users across every pace and every day by turning continuous data into actionable guidance”, Asus boasts.
And those are unfortunately all the details we have right now, along with the image you can see above, which shows two watches. We assume the VivoWatch 6 Plus is the round one, but we can’t be sure at this point. Hopefully more specs will come soon – pricing too. We’ll let you know when we find out more.
