New Book Presents Influence of Christian Clergy and the Judeo-Christian Faith in the U.S. During the 1700s

“Because the Church has largely lost its rightful and noble influence in our nation,” said Jacobson, “the nation is on a rapid path of self-destruction. The only hope for restoration is in the LORD through the clergy, men and the Church. Those who want to save and restore our beloved nation will find the Bible and books like this to be essential for rebuilding the foundations.”
Jacobson began this project because of his deep concern for the rapid decline of the United States, and this book was the longest chapter of a larger unpublished manuscript. While serving as Representative to the United Nations for “Focus on the Family,” he shared it with Tom Minnery, then Senior Vice President of Government and Public Policy. Minnery was surprised by the extraordinary
passion and influence of the clergy and recommended that Jacobson publish the chapter on the preachers as a stand-alone book. This edition also includes bible study, discussions and sermon notes.
“May this book inspire clergy and Christians to rise up,” said Jacobson, “and be light, salt, and ‘the pillar and support of the truth’ (1 Timothy 3:15), to restore the Church and our nation.”
