When is the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale?
The Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale always happens twice a year: once in the summer and again in the winter. This year, the winter sale kicked off on Dec. 26, 2025 and ran until Jan. 13, 2026.
Last year’s summer Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual sale started on June 16 and ran through July 14, while 2024’s summer sale ran from June 1 through July 1 that year.
The Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale is pretty consistent year after year in terms of timing, so expect the summer 2026 sale to begin in early- to mid-June and then again the day after Christmas (Dec. 26).
What’s on sale during Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale?
This twice-a-year sale offers shoppers the opportunity to save up to 75% on many of the the brand’s beloved products. In the past, RetailMeNot has found steals such as:

- Select Wallflowers Fragrance Refills and hand soaps for $3.97, or $2.99 during one-day Flash Sales.

February
Although Bath & Body Works doesn’t have any major sales in February, that doesn’t mean there aren’t savings opportunities to be had. With holidays like Valentine’s Day and President’s Day on the horizon, you can always expect limited-time and flash sales to be sprinkled throughout February like confetti.
These were some of the biggest promos in February 2026:
- Full-size fragrance mists and creams for just $6
- BOGO 3-wick candles
- 6 for $10 Pocketbac hand sanitizers
- 2 for $20 single-wick candles
March
International markets enjoy some nice sales for International Fragrance Week (around Mar. 21 each year), but the U.S. market doesn’t get to join in on that fun.
However, there are usually some other small sales sprinkled throughout the month. For example in 2026, The Big Event ran from Mar. 6 through Mar. 26, primarily in stores only. All body care was 5 for $35, and all hand soaps were 5 for $25.
There was also sale — both online and in stores — where shoppers could snag 3-wick candles for just $11.95.
April
This month isn’t a major one for sales at Bath & Body Works. Like February, April is another month with limited-time sales on a variety of products. One sale that shoppers have loved in recent years is the Spring Into Clean sale, which centered around soap deals.
Bath & Body Works Spring Cleaning Sale
The Bath & Body Works Spring Into Clean sale launched in the last week of April in 2026. During this time, you could scoop up a variety of deals, including:
- 5 for $28 hand soaps
- 5 for $28 Wallflower fragrance refills
- 2 for $20 single-wick candles
- 6 for $10 Pocketbac hand sanitizers
- 2 for $30 laundry detergent bosters

Mother’s Day Gifting Event
Bath & Body Works always wants to help shoppers save on their Mother’s Day gifts. In 2025, the sale offered mix-and-match deals including hand soaps (5 for $27), candles (2 for $20) and room spray (2 for $16). There were also assorted gift sets to make shopping for mom even easier.
But in 2026? Bath & Body Works took it about ten steps further and decided to make everything 40% off (except for the Vera Bradley exclusive tote that’s a been total showstopper this season). From Apr. 30 through May 4, the entire store is 40% off, both in-store and online.
Member Fest
Previously known as the Member Appreciation Days sale, Bath & Body Works hosted its first Member Fest of 2025 from May 12 to 18. This event exclusively for My Bath & Body Works Rewards members included a rotating selection of daily deals, triple points-earning opportunities, special rewards and exclusive savings, like Buy 2, Get 2 Free. We anticipate another Member Fest to launch in May 2026.
June
Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale
The summer version of the Bath & Body Works Semi-Annual Sale always takes place in June, but the start date has varied a little in recent years. In 2025, the sale started on June 16, a couple of weeks later than usual, and ran through mid-July. But in 2024, it ran from June 1 (or May 31 for rewards members) through June 24 — a timeframe that B&BW had pretty consistently followed every summer prior. For 2026, we suggest shoppers start to be on the lookout for emails and social media announcements from B&BW around the end of May so you don’t miss out on these epic deals!
Here are some of the best Semi-Annual sale deals we’ve seen in past years:
- 3-wick candles for $10.95 and body care items for $3.95
- Hand soaps and Wallflowers refills for as low as $2.99 (and plenty more for less than $4)
- 20% off select in-store sale merch

July
Since the Semi-Annual Sale ran through half of July in 2025, the rest of the month wasn’t the best time to find major savings on Bath & Body Works products. If the later start date for the Semi-Annual Sale is the new norm, we expect the same for 2026.
If not, you may find some limited-time deals on specific products and collections. For example, Bath & Body Works celebrated National Gingham Week in 2024, featuring new discounts up to 40% off products in the Gingham Collection each day. The sale didn’t repeat in 2025, but you may see other themed sales like this.
August
In August, you should plan to stock up on products featuring your favorite summery scents. By this time, the fall and holiday collections are available. There are also some sales and savings opportunities to look out for.
Member Fest
Bath & Body Works hosted its second Member Fest of 2025 from Aug. 25 to 28 last year, and we expect to see similar dates for 2026.
During this sale for Loyalty members, there were special promos, point-boosting opportunities, early access to new collections and the return of discontinued scents. Shoppers could also take advantage of exclusive daily deals, like a free 3-wick candle with a $50 purchase and ’90s throwback body care for just $5.95.
‘See ya, Summer’ Sale
Bath & Body Works tends to have a little fun with their Labor Day sale, often giving it a “farewell to summer” theme. They can call it whatever they want as long as they continue to offer us discounts as deep as 50% off a variety of products during this time!

When does the Bath & Body Works 2025 Candle Sale start?
Despite being called “Candle Day,” the Bath & Body Works Candle Day sale actually spans an entire weekend, and always starts on the first Saturday of December. (This year, that will be Dec. 5, 2026.) However, My Bath & Body Works Rewards members can usually shop the sale a day early, so mark your calendar for Friday, Dec. 4, 2026. If you’re not a member, don’t fret: Signing up is easy and totally free!
Early-access shoppers usually need to use a code (last year it was CANDLEDAY) at checkout to get the sale prices on Friday. But after the early access period ends, the Candle Day sale opens up to the general public at 6 a.m. EST on Saturday and runs through Sunday.
